Quality certification

Jayán Group has established the complete certification of the group as one of its main objectives, including its two most recent divisions (Mobile and Logistics) during 2010.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Unify management guidelines of the three divisions into a single system taking advantage of synergies
  • Turn all management towards process optimisation (maximising effectiveness and efficiency)
  • Involve all personnel in making customer satisfaction a shared maxim
  • Align all the organisation’s tangible and intangible resources with customer needs and expectations, guaranteeing compliance
